- Virtual Artists: All virtual artist names, likenesses, “personalities,” and backstories are proprietary trademarks of Natural Stupidity Records.

4. YouTube & Social Media Content
If you feature our virtual artists’ music in your social media content (e.g., YouTube, TikTok):
- You must provide clear attribution to Natural Stupidity Records and the specific Virtual Artist.
- We reserve the right to issue Content ID claims or take-down notices for any use that misrepresents the Label or uses our assets in an offensive or unauthorized commercial context.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Our virtual artists are fictional entities. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. The Label is not responsible for any interpretations or actions taken based on the “lyrics” or “personas” generated by AI, which are intended for artistic and entertainment purposes only.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Label’s registration, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
